How will I know if I have won a prize?
Prize winners from the main promotion will be notified instantly on-screen after registering a winning ticket, showing the prize they have won. The wrap up draw prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter’s agent by 25.04.2025 using the contact details provided by the winner upon entering the promotion.
How will the cash prizes be awarded?
Winners of the £10,000, £1,000, and £100 cash prizes will be contacted via SMS notification within 24 hours of entry. They need to claim their prize and provide their bank details within 14 days. Cash prizes will be fulfilled via BACS transfer within 28 days of confirmation.
How will the Tesco e-gift cards and eVouchers be delivered?
Winners will receive their e-gift cards and eVouchers via SMS notification to the mobile number provided upon entry.
What is the validity period for the Tesco e-gift cards and eVouchers?
E-gift cards and eVouchers are valid between 18.11.24 and 05.03.25 and must be used in a single transaction.
Will my personal information be shared?
If you win, your name and contact details will be shared with the Promoter’s agents for prize administration. Personal information will be held and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Can I request my personal data to be deleted?

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion. Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or entering via agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases, or entries automatically generated by computer, will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions (see Condition 7 below) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries using the same unique code will be accepted. Entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

WRAP-UP DRAW PROMOTION PERIOD

A Wrap-up draw will be held on 11.04.25 for entries received between 00:00:01 on 04.02.25 and 23:59:59 on 25.03.25 (the “Wrap-up Draw Period”).
HOW TO ENTER

To enter, purchase a Celebrations® 550g tub in any participating Tesco store during the Promotional Period for a chance to find a winning ticket. Winners that have found a winning ticket must scan the QR code found on the winning ticket within the tub or visit www.celebrations.co.uk/winning-ticket vote for their favourite Celebrations® chocolate and complete the online entry registration form by entering their details including full name, email address and mobile number along with the unique code found on the winning ticket. Promotional packs are subject to retailer stock and availability. Not all 550g tubs contain a winning ticket. Tesco till receipt confirming a purchase of a qualifying product from a participating store within the Promotional Period and the winning ticket should be retained for proof of purchase. Please exercise responsible consumption of our products. Do not purchase more promotional 550g tubs of Celebrations than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.

On registering their details in accordance with Condition 7 above, an entrant with a winning ticket will be notified on-screen as to what prize they have won from the list below at Condition 11.

PRIZE INFORMATION

As part of the main promotion there are 500,000 prizes in total, as listed above, that are available to be won during the Promotional Period. There is an additional prize, as detailed above, available to be won in the wrap-up draw that will be held at the end of the Wrap-up Draw Period. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified and the prize withdrawn. No alternative prizes will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners registering a winning ticket claim.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

All main prizes will be awarded via an independent computerized process. All prizes are pre-allocated via an open winning moments algorithm created by an independent third party. The process will identify random times as “winning moments” and the first valid winning ticket entry received on or after such “winning moment” will be awarded a prize at random. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment will remain available until the next entry. There is no guarantee that all prizes will be claimed. The wrap-up draw winner will be selected via an independently verified random computer draw process from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Wrap- up Draw Period. The Wrap up Draw will take place on 11.04.2025.

PRIZE REDEMPTION

Winners of the £10,000, £1,000 and £100 cash prizes will be contacted within 24 hours of entry via text notification on the mobile number provided on the registration form. The text notification will include a link for winners to claim their prize and securely provide their bank account details which they are required to do within 14 days. Cash prizes will be fulfilled via BACS transfer within 28 days of confirmation of bank account details. Winners of a cash prize are advised to carefully check the bank account details they provide as the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for errors.

The winner of the wrap-up draw will be contacted by the Promoter’s agent via telephone call by 25.04.2025 using the contact details provided by the winner on the registration form used to enter the promotion. If the wrap up draw prize is declined or cannot be completed after 3 attempts, a winner is disqualified or fails to accept their prize within 14 days of notification that they have won, that prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion from all remaining entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter and its agents will make reasonable efforts to contact the cash prize winners up to a maximum of 3 times. A winner will forfeit their prize if they have not provided their details or have not responded to communication from the Promoter within 14 days of the initial winning text notification. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not receive their prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides an incorrect mobile number or bank account details.

Winners of the £50, £10 and £5 Tesco e-gift cards and £1 Tesco eVouchers will receive their prize via a text notification to the mobile number provided on the registration form. All £10 and £5 e-gift cards, and £1 eVouchers must be used in a single transaction. All £50, £10 and £5 e-gift cards, and £1 eVouchers won are valid between 18.11.24 and 05.03.25. The e-gift cards and eVouchers can be redeemed against in-store purchases only (excluding petrol stations) and are not valid for online purchases. Smartphone and internet are necessary. Any additional items will be charged accordingly. Original E-voucher/E-gift card must be presented at the time of purchase. Not for sale or auction. This E-voucher/E-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. E-voucher/E-gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winners’ statutory rights are not affected.

GENERAL INFORMATION

A list of cash prize and Wrap-up draw winners’ abbreviated names (initials and surnames only) is available on request. Please post your request and a stamped addressed envelope to: Seasonal Brand Manager, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG within 3 months of the end of the Wrap-up Draw Period. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing contact@ukmw.mars.com The Promoter may nevertheless disclose information to regulatory authorities if required by law to do so.

In the event a winner requests for their personal data, including phone number and address details, to be deleted, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner's prize or assist them following deletion of their phone number. The name and contact details of the winners will be retained for 30 days after the end validity date of the e-gift cards and eVouchers, to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winners, and always in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Initials and surnames of winners may be retained and made available to members of the public in accordance with Condition 24.

Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including by asking for the winner’s identity, including proof of age, and proof of purchase/winning ticket (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize) and may refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions (including entry requirements) or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
